    ALAMBIC HYBRIDE #1<\/h3><\/div>

    Notre alambic principal, Isabelle, est responsable de la distillation de tous les gins produits \u00e0 la distillerie 1769. Les marques de gin Madison Park, Royalmount et Azura sont toutes distill\u00e9es sur Isabelle.<\/p>


    La bouilloire en acier inoxydable permet un nettoyage facile et efficace, tandis que les colonnes et le cuivre dans le chemin de vapeur \u00e9liminent les compos\u00e9s soufr\u00e9s volatils lib\u00e9r\u00e9s par la levure pendant la fermentation.<\/p>

    Cette colonne de distillation continue enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9e sur mesure pour la distillerie 1769 en Colombie-Britannique. Elle produit durablement la base neutre que nous utilisons dans nos produits.<\/p>

    En plus de distiller nos propres fermentations \u00e0 base de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, nous pouvons \u00e9galement distiller de mani\u00e8re durable des \u00ab low wines \u00bb afin de produire une base d\u2019alcool neutre. Cela s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019une \u00e9conomie circulaire qui permet de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets et de r\u00e9utiliser des produits d\u00e9j\u00e0 ferment\u00e9s, tels que la bi\u00e8re, le vin ou le cidre, pour obtenir un alcool neutre. Cet alambic continu produit des produits titrant 95% ABV en un seul passage, r\u00e9cup\u00e8re 25% d\u2019alcool en 50% de temps en moins, et produit trois fois plus d\u2019\u00e9thanol par heure qu\u2019un alambic traditionnel.<\/p>

    Le r\u00e9sultat de cette \u00e9conomie circulaire est une base d'alcool neutre 100%, issue de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res locales du Qu\u00e9bec, qui pr\u00e9serve l'environnement en r\u00e9duisant le temps de distillation et en \u00e9vitant le gaspillage de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res qui auraient autrement \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9es, limitant ainsi la quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9chets rejet\u00e9s dans notre r\u00e9seau hydrographique.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Un alambic hybride est une combinaison d'un alambic \u00e0 repasse et d'une colonne de distillation.<\/p>

    Belle et multifonctionnelle, Madison distille notre d\u00e9licieux whisky canadien.<\/p>

    Sa bouilloire, ou son alambic, contient 580 litres et fonctionne \u00e0 la vapeur. Elle distillera \u00e9galement notre rhum ! Plus d'informations \u00e0 venir.<\/p>
