Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Madison Park London Dry Gin
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz Prosyro rhubarb syrup
  • 0.50 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 1 dash Ms. Better’s Bitters Mt Fuji Peach bitters
  • Tonic water

Garnish: Lemon wedge
Glass: ‘Fizz’ Highball

Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients except the tonic into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with tonic water.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
