Blue Jasmine

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Madison Park London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Jasmine tea
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup *
  • Fresh basil
  • 6 grapes

Garnish: Basil sprig
Glass: Highball

Steps:

  1. Muddle the grapes in the shaker using a muddler.
  2. Pour the remaining ingredients into the shaker.
  3. Add ice, then shake vigorously.
  4. Double strain into a glass filled with ice using a fine strainer.
  5. Garnish with a basil sprig.
  • Simple syrup is equal parts sugar and water. Dissolve the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour into a sterilized jar and seal tightly with a lid.
